Christine Jacob (she)

As a PhD student at the University of Toronto, Christine Jacob researches early modern texts and ideas about medicine, women's writing, and the mercurial genre of lyric. She is also completing a Collaborative Specialization in Women's Health via the University of Toronto's Dalla Lana School of Public Health. Christine has a master's degree from the University of Oxford and has professional experience as both a teacher and an editor. She is an amateur painter and musician, and she has on some rare occasions joined in theatrical endeavours: most recently a dramatic reading of Francis Beaumont's Knight of the Burning Pestle (1607), which, as you might imagine from the title, strikes a sharp contrast with the Mary Magdalene Project.
